  • Damaged Item: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via orders@wearesila.com or. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Incorrect Size or Color: If you receive an item in the wrong size or color than what you ordered, please reach out to orders@wearesila.com as soon as possible. We will arrange to send you the correct item or offer an alternative solution.

Initiation of the Return

To initiate a return for these specific reasons, please get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order (orders@wearesila.com), providing your order number and details of the issue. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure a smooth resolution.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition : unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are marked as « Sale » or « Non-Returnable » are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

Inspection and Approval

• Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return eligibility criteria. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return via email and/or WhatsApp.
• If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued in form of bank transfer, customer must provide the correct bank account number for this purpose.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exclusions

Wearesila.com does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.
